Brasserie ABode to launch in April 2017 in Manchester
The first shots of the new all day menu to be served at the brand new Brasserie ABode, have been released, giving a sneak peak of the plates on offer at the city’s newest venue. Set to open at the end of April 2017, and in the style of a grand European brasserie and bar, Brasserie ABode will offer the city a new and glamorous space.
Promising cool leather, polished brass and a contemporary vibe set over two floors, Brasserie ABode will be a relaxed, all day venue. From bircher muesli, smoothies and juices for breakfast to crushed avocado and poached egg for brunch, lunch and dinner options will include lobster, oysters and steaks. A sneak peak at the new menu reveals plates including:
· Nibbles: ‘Frito Misto and tartare sauce’ (£6); ‘Black pudding balls with piccalilli’ (£4)
· Pasta: ‘Truffle Cauliflower Macaroni’ (£12); ‘Spaghetti Lobster’ (£18)
· Meat & fish: ‘7oz bavette steak-frites’ (£12); ‘Moules-frites’ (£12)
· Deserts: ‘Rice pudding, sour cherry compote’ (£7); ‘Chocolat leigeois’ (£7.50)
Open till the small hours with resident DJs, craft beers will flow, the wine list will be long, offering great wines by the glass as well as the bottle, and mixologists will create delicious cocktails, served to guests seated on leather banquettes or in intimate booths.
