Winter Funland announce additional dates and special offer

Winter Funland, the UK’s largest ever undercover indoor winter wonderland, at EventCity Manchester, have announced they’ll be extending their opening until the 3rd January in order for families to make the most of the school holidays.

This is the first year that Winter Funland has brought the festive extravaganza to Manchester and the event has been hugely popular with families this Christmas leading the event organisers to add extra dates.

Winter Funland will now be open on the 2nd and 3rd January with two sessions added each day, 9.30am-1.30pm and 3pm-7pm.

Winter Funland is an all-encompassing festive extravaganza for all the family, bringing together a fantastic sparkling line-up of rides, entertainment and seasonal magic.The additional dates will be available at a discount price, and will offer everything from fairground rides to ice skating and circus shows.

Winter Funland Event Director, Andy Winmill says: “Christmas is such a special time of year, and we’ve been overwhelmed by the wonderful feedback we’ve received about Winter Funland in this it’s first year. With the school holidays in full force and due to the popularity of our sessions, we’re delighted to add these extra dates and a special offer ticket price of £20 per person.”

Winter Funland opened its doors to the public on 7th December, bringing a memorable Christmas experience for families. With an emphasis on bringing people together to enjoy a superb day out with their loved ones, the event has been hugely popular with families due to the all-inclusive admission ticket and nothing extra to pay once inside, and with the added benefit of under 3’s being admitted for free.

Andy adds: “Many of us our parents ourselves and understand only too well how expensive the festive season can be, which is why we are delighted to offer the added dates at a special price, allowing families to make the most of the final days of the school holidays having fun together.”
